Shailendra is OPQ and DISC profiling certified from SHL and a management graduate from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and possesses over 20 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, Executive search and recruitment industry. He has led the organization for the past 12 years with a consistent and undivided focus, resulting in Talent Leads emerging as the renown and leading recruitment services firm in India. Under his leadership, Talent Leads provides effective “Recruitment solutions” across organizations and businesses.

Shailendra began his career in 2002, served India’s best financial Institutes like HDFC and AEGON Life in the area of Talent Acquisition. However, his entrepreneurial drive and desire to ease the pressure of recruitment challenges across industries made him embark on the journey of providing “Recruitment Solutions” which works round the clock to partner its clients to achieve their company’s vision and goals.

Mr Nishant Kumar

Nishant Kumar heads Financial Services practice for Talent Leads. He is a Management Graduate from Mumbai University and certified IT and Non-IT Recruiter. He holds an established reputation in financial services, including more than a decade experience in recruiting senior executives in the Financial Services, spread across (Banking, NBFC’s, Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Securities, Asset Management etc.) with leading organizations throughout the country.

Nishant has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and Customer service operations and previously worked with eminent corporates like Tata Group, HDFC, Reliance. His area of Focus has been Middle and Senior Level Recruitment. He has a deep understanding of the Consulting & Financial Services Industry, has personally helped many clients to ramp up their talent both in start-up & growth phase.

Rashmi is heading the FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Media & Entertainment industry practice. She has an established reputation in the market as a multi-domain consultant. She has over 15 years of experience in Recruitment and Executive Search. She was instrumental in setting the Telecom, Media & Services vertical.

She has successfully partnered with market leaders in Telecom, FMCG, Internet and Media & Entertainment across levels. Her expertise lies in senior-level searches.
